Key Responsibilities Assist with US federal corporate income tax reporting, including tax return preparation and estimated payments Co-ordinate due diligence, restructurings, and merger integration activities Manage certain foreign entity income tax reporting and assist in corporate tax planning
Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of Income Tax experience in federal Subchapter C corporation tax matters Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience with Corp Tax return and provision software Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US
