Team Coordinator

Salina, KS | $45,000.00–$71,550.00 per year
OverviewDunham’s Sports, one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham’s Bait & Tackle. We have over 250 stores across 25 states, from Maryland to Montana. We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑loving individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide órgto excellent customer service in a fast‑paced work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service as the primary responsibility.
- Handle store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Manage merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
- Previous retail supervisory experience.
- Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.
- Merchandising skills preferred.
- Desire and demonstrated abilityugar into excellent customer service is essential.
