Store employees maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. They play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store operations, and fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point‑of‑sale procedures and loss‑prevention policies, ensuring proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently; follow company safety policies and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum age requirement: at least 16 years old.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is a plus.
