Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

• Bag groceries at checkout, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
• Assist in removing merchandise from shopping carts for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and restocking.
• Inform customers of grocery specials and return merchandise to shelves.
• Gather and return shopping carts to designated areas.
• Clean spills, pick up trash inside and outside the store.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and price checks.
• Reinforce safety protocols, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment for preventive maintenance and report repairs needed.
• Create a welcoming environment, answer customer questions, and support diverse customer needs.
• Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
