• Provide liaison and communications with store personnel in the areas of accounting, audit and control.
• Wear communication equipment while on duty including a headset.
• Supervise Front End personnel including Gate Attendants.
• General overall responsibility for the security and control of company assets, both independently of and in conjunction with the General Manager.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency, accuracy, and production of the store staff duties, by suggestion, recommendation, technical advice and planning.
• Follow all Policies/Procedures as set forth.
• Processing of sales invoice through the cash register, by Front End personnel.
• Establishment of Team Member, inter-company, freight claim charge accounts, and Team Member accounts receivable records, reports, statements and collections.
• Control and accountability of cash received and credit card charges.
• Overseeing Accounts Receivable.
