• A Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs and nursing assistants. Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the Community.
• Advances the resident-first value and works to create a home-like environment with person-centered care.

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Previous experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care community, or related health care facility; geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, and laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
