Position: Foster Care Homes Recruitment Supervisor

The Foster Care Homes Recruitment Supervisor, coordination and training of recruiters; assign and track recruitment database.

  • Develop and implement state and regional recruitment campaigns.
  • Analyze and monitor the data from recruitment campaigns.
  • Will evaluate regional recruitment plans every 90 days (about 3 months) and will determine needed changes to reach more families.
  • Analyze trends and develop strategic plan to keep performance within the budgeted performance level.
  • Analysis will be given to the Director with recommendations.
  • Develop an internal recruitment network to effectively provide efficient and effective services through the licensing process.
  • Oversees all aspects of marketing and communications associated with Recruitment activity.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan that enhances the needs associated with the recruitment campaigns.
  • Assists the Director with the development of a marketing budget.
  • Coordinate approved media buys.
  • Provide support for the retention of foster parents by chairing the Foster Parent Appreciation banquet.
  • Coordinate product purchases.
  • Track and evaluate outcomes, correcting activity, as needed, to continue to reach families.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of potential recruitment practices that may effectively work in rural and frontier regions.
  • Manage the recruitment function for both foster care and adoptive homes.
  • Directly supervise recruitment staff.
  • Customer services orientation.
  • Responding timely to all inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Saint Francis to create a recruitment culture.
  • Provide support for the retention of foster parents by chairing the Foster Parent Appreciation banquet.
  • Participates in team meetings, sharing pertinent information regarding recruitment and resource development.
  • Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms.
  • Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
  • Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
