This role involves providing direct patient care in dialysis units while managing and supervising nursing staff. You will develop and implement care plans, supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing aides, and ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
• Provide direct dialysis nursing care and delegate tasks to nursing aides, CNAs, and LPNs.
• Supervise and mentor assigned nursing staff.
• Ensure quality of care and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Facilitate professional relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use publicly available air and ground transportation.
• One year acute care experience preferred.
• Professional image, strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of common computer and software applications.
• Clean drug and alcohol record (free of illegal use).

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required.
