Pay Range: $112,500 - $153,000 per year
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (will be discussed further during interview)
This is an on‑site role in Salina, KS. Remote work is not available. Must be willing to relocate.
Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine
Join the dedicated and growing pharmacy team at Salina Regional Health Center as an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist
. You’ll be at the forefront of patient care in a 26‑bed emergency department with Level III Trauma Center designation, supporting over 36,000 ED visits annually – and playing a vital role in shaping the future of emergency medicine pharmacy services.
- Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and education.
- Lead development and implementation of ED‑specific medication protocols and quality initiatives.
- Participate in emergency response such as code blue, trauma, stroke alerts, etc.
- Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, contributing to clinical education and practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes in urgent and emergent care scenarios.
- Participate on medical staff and hospital‑wide committees to support patient safety and care excellence.
