OCCK, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate, conscientious, self‑motivated individual to work with adults who have disabilities. Direct Support Professionals are needed in residential settings and in community environments to establish positive routines, develop functional skills and enhance daily living skills. This educator/instructor will provide support and guidance in a mentor‑style relationship to help residents achieve individualized service plan goals.
Position Requirements- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must have a proven work history.
- Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting.
- Must be available to work various shifts.
- Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles.
- One year working in the field of human services preferred.
Full‑time / Part‑time
Pay$18.00 per hour with evening and weekend incentives.
