Overview
The Clinic Manager provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of Gastrointestinal (GI) and Ortho clinic areas. Responsible for administrative functions, including strategic and operational planning; managing the accreditation process for appropriate modalities; establishing policies, procedures, standards, and objectives; staffing and directing personnel of the clinic areas. Provides mechanism for ensuring quality care, issue resolution, orientation, and ongoing competency of personnel.
Responsible for planning and maintaining budgets, materials, equipment and supplies necessary for employees to perform their job, and to provide competitive, cost effective services to patients and physicians. Represents the clinics in all activities related to areas of responsibility. Maintains active communication among medical staff, health center leadership, and staff.
- Associates degree in business, management, nursing, or related healthcare field
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, nursing, or related healthcare field preferred
- 3 years' experience in a medical office or related field
- Licensed healthcare professional, preferred
Full Time - Day Shift - M-F
