Responsibilities- Assess patients physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- KS Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Pay: $2,139.91 - $2,206.09 per week
