Water​/Wastewater CAD Technician

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a CADD Technician to support our team in Salina. This position will focus on design of linear utilities, pump stations, and treatment plants for water and wastewater infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Autodesk Civil 3D and strong communication skills. The role is team-oriented and fast‑paced.

• Working within Autodesk Civil 3D following internal or client‑driven CADD standards.
• Coordinating with design engineers to develop accurate construction drawings.
• Adhering to specific quality control procedures.
• Developing design drawings utilizing engineering sketches.
• Completing work according to standard engineering principles and compliance with company standards and quality system procedures.
• Creating and documenting concepts, sketches, models, layouts, submittals, instructions, and complete design packages.
• Designing with minimum direction.
• Performing design calculations, reports, and construction documents.

• 2 – 6 Years of Experience or an associate’s degree + 4 years of experience.
• Autodesk Civil 3D proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, other computer applications, and design software.
