This is a full‑time Sales Associate position located on‑site in Salem, VA. The Sales Associate will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations. Responsibilities include maintaining store displays, assisting customers with product information, processing sales transactions, and building customer relationships. The role also requires staying informed about the features and benefits of the products we carry, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong client relationships
• Basic understanding of or experience with lawn and garden equipment, including mowers, tractors, and other related machinery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product features and benefits effectively
• Organizational and multitasking abilities for maintaining store displays and managing inventory
• Technical aptitude or willingness to learn about equipment functionality and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail or equipment sales is a plus
• Ability to work on‑site in Salem, VA and adapt to a dynamic, customer‑focused environment
