• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Lead by example and ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Be accountable for People, Operations, Sales, and Profits within the store.
• Support operations at other nearby locations as needed.

• Great positive attitude
• High energy
• Prior experience in Domino’s or prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location
