We are hiring a Title Search Executive.

Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Salem
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
CTC: 2.4 LPA 4.1 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Title Search Executive with strong expertise in U.S. real estate title search and documentation. The role involves researching public and private records, analyzing chain of title, and preparing accurate title reports and commitments.

• Search for and verify property titles
• Search and analyze real estate records
• Examine lot books, geographic and general indices, and assessors rolls
• Compile lists of transactions, mortgages, and contracts
• Retrieve and review closing files for accuracy
• Summarize legal and insurance documents
• Search public and private records for law firms, real estate agencies, and title insurance companies
• Analyze records relating to titles of homes, land, and buildings
• Ensure property titles are free from restrictions affecting sale or use
• Examine deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps
• Verify ownership, encumbrances, and legal property descriptions
• Analyze chain of title and prepare title-related reports
• Prepare property reports and title commitments
• Coordinate with realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, surveyors, and courthouse personnel

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Title Search / Real Estate Title Operations
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
