Responsibilities- Accountable for essential clinical knowledge impacting patient outcomes within scope of nursing practice.
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
- Display strong clinical judgment and expert nursing skills while following company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to report critical information or changes in patient condition.
- Provide comfort and prevent suffering through presence and attentiveness, including pain assessment and reassessment.
- Document care effectively, succinctly, and timely according to organizational policy.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate an effective and current plan of care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor certification obtained within 30 days of employment start.
