As a Registered Nurse you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with departmental and state standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team, act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, and embody the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
- Perform procedures, monitor, or other functions as ordered, and ensure thorough documentation of care.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and act appropriately on any unintended responses.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs and resolve them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures, translating complex terminology into clear understanding.
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days of employment start date
