We are currently recruiting a Plant Controller for a very established Salem area client. This is a highly visible role that will serve as a member of the leadership team and business partner to the GM. We are searching for a Controller that has a proven track record of process improvement, building new processes, and driving efficiencies in the manufacturing process through operational and strategic analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive manufacturing accounting experience. BS/BA required. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must. This role is onsite each day. Relocation assistance is provided.
