Highlights of Your RolePultrusion Operators – Operators are responsible for running a production line, ensuring a continuous supply of raw materials, machine set up and operation, and troubleshooting. This position requires associates to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure the continuous operation of the production line. Candidates must have a good memory and problem‑solving skills. Once trained, this position provides training and mentoring to new associates.
Basic math and computer skills are required.
Overnights: 6:30 PM – 6:45 AM. Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3‑day weekend off! The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
PayEffective hourly wage: $26.58–$29.28 /hr (DOE). Pay for experience if applicable! Base: $21.55–$24.13 /hr (DOE). Night shift differential: $2.00 /hr. Weekend premium: $4.00 /hr (Fri–Sun).
Qualifications & Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding attendance
- Ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills, and basic computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12‑hour shifts
- Ability to successfully pass a basic skills assessment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10 lb to 50 lb
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Experience operating and running manufacturing equipment (PLC‑controlled), or willingness & ability to learn
