As Assistant Manager you will manage a million‑plus dollar‑per‑year restaurant, developing business disciplines in accounting, human resources, training, marketing, sales building, and cost controls.
EssentialJob Requirements
- Ability to work a 50‑hour work week, which will include nights, weekends and some holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
- Outgoing personality.
- Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality products to guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
- Inventory management.
- Bank deposits.
- Training.
- Performance appraisals.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
