Pay Range: $40.00-$58.00

We’re currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve patients in Salem (Vinton, Roanoke, Buchanan, Boteourt, Bedford, Franklin County, Boones Mill, Moneta, Craig County, and Floyd), VA.
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you’ll work one-on-one with patients to help restore function, promote independence, and improve overall quality of life. You’ll play a vital role in supporting recovery through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
- Implement therapeutic interventions designed to restore daily function and independence.
- Instruct patients and caregivers on alternative strategies for daily activities, safe transfers, and proper positioning.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes.
- Accurately document patient progress and submit records within 24 hours of each visit.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and home health best practices.
What You Bring:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical OT experience (home health experience strongly preferred).
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and required auto liability insurance.
