ROLEPURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

• Portfoliosize of Rs. 200-300 Cr

• 10-15vendors (legal, technical etc.)
• 1product (secured)
• 25-30files per month

• Underwritingtarget customer by self and supervising the team to support for building of a performing portfolio.
• Evaluatevarious collateral types for their value and title documentation requirements
• Participate in collection of dues from customers to maintain low delinquency.
• Ensure Credit policy and process adherence by monitoring and timelyreview of processes and execution.
• Suggest Policy revisions in line with changing market conditions.

• Appraisevarious Customer segments in various for markets defined by thebank as area of operation for lending.
• Co-ordinatewith Legal & Technical Agencies for quality and timely delivery of credit reports.
• Meetappropriate customers for understanding of their needs and Conduct underwriting and renewals for cases under purview
• Co-ordinatewith functions like operations, FCU, risk, business and technology for effective delivery to end customers.
• Ensurevarious reports are being sent to stakeholders on monthly basis &at regular frequencies.

• Timeto time Intervention to manage ground level risk effectively.
• Fulladherence to RBI regulations on documentation and KYC compliance.
• LUCand periodic loan monitoring framework
• Provide Audit Compliance.
• Timelyhiring of Credit Officer for the location as per the budget

• Timely training to branches in the location.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of MSE and other related products.
• Upgradeself and team about changes happening in the market.
• Networking with other NBFCs/Banks to have a deeper understanding of the Industry and its perspectives
• Performon time appraisal and suggest suitable career paths for staff

• MBAin Finance from a reputed college (B.Com, M.Com with relevant experience)

• Preferred experience of 2/3 years or more in Credit MSME Loan products interm loans and working capital limits.

• Knowledge of Credit in MSME Loans including term loans and overdrafts
• Knowledge of financial analysis & cash flow determination
• Evaluate and assess collateral security/collateral documentation adequatefor the lending
