Warranty Analyst

Overview

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Warranty Analyst in Salem, Virginia at our corporate headquarters.

The Warranty Analyst is responsible for preparing warranty claims for submission to Heavy Equipment Vendors, including collaborating with the service departments to gather factual information to maximize the amount of recovery on each claim. Seeking candidates with previous experience in a parts and service industry;
College degree, preferred.

Physical requirements must be met for the Warranty Analyst job, including the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 10 pounds in weight.
