DAs are entrusted to conduct themselves ethically, professionally, and with minimal supervision while operating their cargo van, step van, and electric van.
We are looking for a few outstanding individuals to join our dynamic team. Specifically, we are seeking individuals who are willing to learn and grow with the company, have a great attitude and are extremely reliable. Students who are at least 21 years of age are encouraged to apply.

- Pay starts at $24.25 per hour depending on experience level and driving certifications and possible overtime available.

- Packages can weight up to 50 pounds, but most are under 15 pounds and
- PAID driver training and onboarding, including DOT certification training.

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass background and DMV checks, as well as NIDA-5 drug screening (THC use prohibited)
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record (i.e.
- no more than (2) citations in the past three years) - Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000-pound cargo van or Step-van safely
- Able to read and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and / or stretch during shifts around 10 hours
- Ability to efficiently operate technology including GPS and timekeeping system
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
- Physically capable of entering and exiting a commercial van up to 500 times per day
- Capable of walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and uneven surfaces at an intentional pace averaging 10 to 15 miles per day
- Valid driver’s license, no CDL required
- Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor in challenging situations, as well as being a positive member of our team
