Principal SW Systems Engineer

• Drive design architecture and end-to-end delivery of large-scale distributed systems and cloud network management solutions.
• Oversee analysis, programming, and debugging of software features; lead code and design reviews.
• Provide technical direction and mentor junior and staff engineers to foster operational excellence.
• Maintain the existing Java-based XIQ-SE Network Management project.
• Correct customer-found defects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Typically 10 years of relevant experience focused on network management.
• Experience developing applications with SQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, and J2EE or JBoss/Wildfly.
• Proficiency in Java, Linux, and RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP), RADIUS, YANG, JSON data modeling.

$150,000 - $205,000 a year.
