Pay: Piece Rate TBD (typically $25-30/per square)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Occasional overtime based on project deadlines)

What You’ll Do:- Removing existing roofing materials and preparing surfaces for new installations.
- Installing various residential roofing systems, including shingles and underlayment.
- Efficiently carrying, loading, and staging roofing materials and tools.
- Safely using hand and power tools to deliver high‑quality workmanship.
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site to uphold safety standards.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve daily production goals.
- At least 1 year of residential roofing experience, with a focus on installations.
- Comfort working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a team‑oriented attitude.
- The ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs throughout the workday.
- Your own basic tools necessary for the job.
