What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Help customers make confident decisions on repairs or replacements
• Offer and explain service options, maintenance plans, and financing
• Keep your job site clean and your truck well-stocked
• Accurately complete invoices, timecards, and job notes
• Train and mentor apprentices when assigned
• Participate in weekly training and rotate into the on-call schedule
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow
• Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus (but not required)

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills - soldering, piping, refrigerant handling, etc.
• Clean, valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Honest, reliable, and ready to grow with the team
• Team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude
