2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including:

• Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
• Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs
• Following planograms and client‑specific directives

• Respond promptly to field services management within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep availability updated accurately.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete necessary forms, surveys, and images before leaving job site.
• Maintain and update displays per planograms or client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of 2+ people.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Submit accurate timecards; report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Complete training and certification programs.
• Track and communicate activity via designated systems.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

• Climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.

• Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow planogram directives.

• Own an Android or Apple mobile device.
• Navigate various communication platforms and apps independently.

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.

• $17.50 per hour, depending on location and experience.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
