What We Do

Salon Services PRO is a professional beauty distributor based in Washington serving licensed professionals in the beauty and wellness industry. With over 200 employees in 11 states and 27 store locations, we are one of the largest independent professional distributors in the country. We support with a diverse portfolio of 50+ brands and offer education, business consulting and other forms of support for today’s licensed beauty professional.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and supervise the store team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Plan and develop team goals and action plans with District or Regional Manager.
  • Hold performance development meetings, measure and report performance.
  • Drive and develop Salon Services culture by nurturing, supporting and promoting the company mission, values, vision and brand.
  • Ensure day‑to‑day sales and operational processes run smoothly.
  • Communicate proactively with management and stakeholders.
  • Achieve store sales goals and key performance indicators, providing high level customer service and cross‑selling products.
  • Organize and execute events, sampling and other promotions.
  • Control inventory, maintain proper levels, face and restock, handle shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, presentable store, display promotions and signage.
  • Manage cash flow, deposit cash to bank within 24 hours.
  • Complete any other tasks as assigned by the District Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Moderate to Proficient Computer Literacy.
  • Proficient with the use of numbers.
  • Proficient verbal reasoning.
  • Proficient cash handling.
  • Motivated by working with people.
  • 1–3 years customer‑facing experience.
  • 1–3 years leading people.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to stand/sit continuously.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
