With the development of a new concept and the search for new restaurant locations, this brand continues to increase sales and build relationships with their current and future guests.

Ideal candidates should have the following:

• A minimum of five years of previous General Manager experience is required.
• Experience in restaurant new openings is required.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
• Ability to operate POS equipment.
• Valid Serve Safe Certification.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, guest complaints, and governmental regulations.
• Effective communication skills to present information and respond to questions from managers, staff, and the public professionally.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as budgets, operating reports, and financial statements.
• Problem-solving skills to deal with practical issues and variables in situations with limited standardization or structure. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (starting, based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
