*** Demonstrated experience applying principles of empathy and compassion in clinical practice, including active listening, timely follow-up, and collaborative problem-solving with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
* Demonstrated experience providing primary medical care to patients with complex mental health needs in partnership with attending psychiatrists on interdisciplinary treatment teams.
* Experience working collaboratively with unit psychiatrists preventing and treating metabolic syndrome caused by anti-psychotic medications.
* Demonstrated experience managing time effectively, working independently, and meeting established timelines and deadlines.
* Experience working effectively in a high-acuity, unpredictable environment, while remaining calm and organized, and creating clarity and continuity of care.
* Experience providing general medicine phone consultations to physicians and staff.
* Experience representing a clinical role in public-facing and organizational settings, including participation on committees, work groups, or cross-functional initiatives within a public or institutional environment.
* FNP/ANP/DNP degree
* Board certification/board eligible preferred.
