We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salem County NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to provide essential hands‑on care to patients in a supportive clinical environment with flexible scheduling options available.

• Competitive Compensation: Earn a competitive hourly rate of $30 per hour.
• Work Schedule: Flexible Per-Diem shifts available:
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST
  • All shifts include a 30-minute break
• Professional Growth: Gain valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive rehabilitation setting.
• Impactful Work: Play a direct role in improving patient outcomes and quality of life through essential care.

• Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Licensure: Active NJ state LPN license and current BLS Certification.
• Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience is required.
• Soft Skills: Compassion, reliability, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs and progress.
• Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians.
• Educate patients and families on post‑treatment care, medications and recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records including medication logs and shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with infection control safety protocols and facility policies.
• Provide emotional support and advocate for the patients needs during rehabilitation.
