Growing wound care company seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner for full-time rounding in Portland, OR.

• Manage a full patient load across skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and home visits.
• Provide direct patient care, implement treatment protocols, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve care quality and meet compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain certifications, credentials, and pursue wound care certification within a year if not already certified.
• Must be Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience and the ability to work independently.
