Registered Nurse; on-callovernight

BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time On-Call Runner opportunity performing home health visits in territories throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County, NJ.

We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County, NJ. This is a full-time salaried position.

• Rotating schedule – on-call from 5pm to 8:30am – 7 days on and then 7 days off!
• Full-Time compensation and benefits but only work 26 weeks out of the year!
• Work 7 days on and then 7 days off
• Hours: 5pm to 8:30am
• Triage calls from patients and perform home health visits IN PERSON as needed.

As a home care Registered Nurse you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care treatments and procedures.
• Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute and properly document doctors orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided utilizing a state-of-the‑art touch pad tablet.

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base Pay depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $50.00-$55.00 per point.
