Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing and communication plans aligned with organizational goals and brand strategy.
  • Integrate digital, print, advertising, PR, direct marketing, and social media into cohesive campaigns.
  • Provide leadership to a team of eight professionals, ensuring work aligns with priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Mentor, coach, and support team members' career growth.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders to translate goals into effective marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure consistency across messaging and creative assets.
  • Uphold Salem Health’s brand promise and visual identity guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
  • Serve as a Public Information Officer (PIO) on a rotational basis.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or advertising (preferred).
    • Minimum of five years in marketing or public relations, healthcare experience preferred.
    • At least two years of people management experience.
