Our Final Products Department is on the lookout for a growth‑minded, mechanically savvy, people‑leading superstar who’s ready to guide our production operations into their next evolution.
We’ve been crafting top‑tier soy sauce in the beautiful Willamette Valley for over 30 years, and we’re not slowing down. That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Quest)As our Production Lead Person, you’ll be the captain of our Final Products area—steering the ship, directing the crew, and ensuring every bottle meets our high standards of quality, safety, and pure deliciousness.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing day‑to‑day production activities so products meet quality, safety, customer service, and cost targets.
- Implementing and sustaining standard work practices—with discipline, accuracy, and autonomous maintenance baked right in.
- Providing hands‑on technical guidance to keep production humming smoothly.
- Putting those analytical and mathematical superpowers to work for productivity and budget calculations.
- Building strong working relationships with employees, supervisors, and anyone else who wanders near your production kingdom.
- Collaborating with teams to drive improvements in our manufacturing processes.
- Managing deadlines, juggling multiple projects, and keeping cool under pressure (cape not included).
- Being a true “make it happen” change agent—someone who leads by example and lifts others along the way.
This is a Day Shift role: 4:00 AM–4:00 PM, with rotating 4th day off.
What You Bring (Your Superpowers)- 3–6 years in a lead or management role in food manufacturing.
- High school diploma or GED (we care about skill and drive above all).
- Strong machining production experience and quality‑control know‑how.
- Ability to influence, teach, guide, and collaborate.
- Intermediate MS Office skills—Excel, Word, and the usual suspects.
- Excellent time‑management and the ability to work independently when needed.
- The agility to adapt, stay flexible, and manage shifting priorities.
- A mindset that screams teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- The satisfying clunk of well‑running machinery.
- Helping teams grow and succeed.

- Must meet all ADA physical requirements for this position.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check—we keep things running clean, safe, and compliant.
