We are currently seeking a flexible, reliable General Laborer / Production Support team member to assist with a variety of tasks during an active warehouse transition and ongoing production operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in their day, and contributing wherever support is needed.

The initial focus will be on cleaning, organizing, and setting up a newly completed warehouse
, with the opportunity to transition into production line and general construction labor as operations ramp up.

• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and setting up warehouse space
• Support general warehouse organization and material staging
• Perform general construction labor and production line support as needed
• Use basic tools and measuring equipment (including tape measure)
• Lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50 lbs. or more
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Adapt to changing daily tasks and priorities

• Familiarity with construction or trade-related work
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day
