Evening Janitorial Unit Manager - Salem​/Keizer

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR THE SUPERVISOR POSITION!!

Looking to hire for, Monday through Friday, 4-5 hours per night, during the evenings starting after 5pm.

Environment Control is a janitorial company serving the greater Salem. We are seeking dynamic individuals to help develop and lead a team of 10-15 cleaning personnel, with oversight of 20-25 customers.

The Unit Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the night-to-night operations of the buildings in a centralized area of town to achieve our quality of cleaning while meeting the needs of our customers and employees.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in supervision and/or office cleaning.

• Conduct all other tasks/duties assigned within the scope of work.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must have a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle) and insurance
• Bilingual preferred but not required (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Must be able to carry and lift 25 pounds
