Assistant Director of Operations & Compliance (CRM2) – Hybrid - Salem, OR

Salary Range: $7,353 - $11,373

Position Title: Assistant Director of Operations & Compliance (CRM2)

Location: Hybrid – Salem, OR

What You Will Do

The person in this leadership position will manage the Operations and Compliance section of the DRR Division. This includes oversight of state and contracted staff and leading Division efforts on all compliance initiatives. Staff in this role perform grant management, compliance, and internal quality control/assurance for all program activities.

The Operations & Compliance Manager provides guidance on federal and state regulations and serves as the designated compliance officer for HUD Monitoring, Audits, HUD OIG Monitoring or Audits, or State Audits. This role is the primary leader representing the Agency during Monitoring and Audits and interprets/state laws, codes, and regulations for leadership.

This position may serve as a primary representative of the Recovery and Resilience division in public forums, Housing Stability Council, Executive Team meetings, all-staff meetings, division meetings, meetings with elected officials, and external stakeholder meetings when requested.

Minimum Qualifications

Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience.

OR

Three years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
