• Maintain a clean and sanitary facility by removing trash, cleaning floors, restrooms, common areas, etc.
• Assisting with proper upkeep of building exteriors, railings, and grounds.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and fixtures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Identify and report basic maintenance issues and assist with quick fixes (light bulbs, filter changes etc.)
• Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

• You are flexible and can handle juggling multiple tasks or switching between tasks.
• You are a team player who values collaboration and brings positivity to the facility.
• You are meticulous, organized and take pride in your work.
• You are autonomous, can be relied on to get tasks done on your own.
