Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to play a critical role in shaping a large-scale internal Insights Marketplace platform. This is a highly technical, individual‑contributor role sitting within a Data & Analytics Engineering team. You will collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, and key stakeholders to deliver impactful, user‑centered experiences that drive adoption and engagement at scale.

Top 3 Non‑Negotiable Requirements
  • Figma proficiency - must have demonstrated, hands‑on experience with Figma
  • UI/UX design expertise - must have experience designing interfaces for sizeable, enterprise‑scale projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
  • Strong communication skills - ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross‑functional technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Work with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to refine high‑level priorities and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
  • Lead discovery and design workshops with stakeholders and squads, clarifying user needs and decomposing requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Create and maintain a unified design language across platform features, ensuring consistency in layouts, interactions, and branding.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies with Engineering Teams, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, testable, and aligned with technical constraints and dependencies.
  • Design role‑based personalized layouts and recommendation flows that enhance usability for diverse personas.
  • Ensure seamless integration of platform experiences with KPI/metric services, BI dashboards, and data products.
  • Develop mobile‑first experiences tailored for leadership and executive personas to expand adoption.
  • Measure design success by evaluating metrics for user engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.
Must‑Have Skills
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer in enterprise‑scale digital products.
  • Proven expertise in user research, interaction design, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong experience working in matrix organizations, harmonizing design across multiple squads and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands‑on, proficient experience with Figma.
  • Deep understanding of brand consistency and ability to apply global design guidelines to complex product ecosystems.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to design mobile‑first experiences for executive and leadership personas.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Experience designing for data products, BI dashboards, and KPI‑driven interfaces.
  • Exposure to personalization frameworks and recommendation systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Storytelling abilities to effectively communicate the impact of design across the enterprise.
