* Lead large, complex Workday Oregon projects from strategy and planning through implementation
* Coordinate cross-agency project teams and collaborate with partners across the enterprise
* Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and project dependencies
* Ensure system solutions align with statewide policy, business requirements, and operational needs
* Drive adoption and successful change outcomes across agencies during system rollouts
* Strong leadership and project management discipline.
* Experience managing complex, multi-agency projects with diverse partners and customers.
* Experience identifying, analyzing, mitigating, and managing risks.
* Knowledge of IT system implementations or large-scale business transformations.
* Excellent communication, partners engagement, and change management skills.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
* Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Visio, and Smart Sheets.

* The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95%.
