In this position, you will work closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Program teams to validate and enhance the capabilities of a new Generative AI solution. This role is ideal for curious, detail-oriented professionals who enjoy constructive testing ("breaking things to improve them") and want hands‑on exposure to Generative AI applications. You will help test and improve a GenAI‑powered application built using React, Node.js,

Databricks, and modern LLMs
. Your feedback will directly impact product quality, safety, and user experience in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization.

• Experience leveraging AI copilots for automated testing

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–9 years of relevant experience

• PhD or Law degree + 6 years’ experience
• Master’s degree + 7 years’ experience
• Associate degree + 9 years’ experience
• High School diploma + 10 years’ experience

• Experience with React, Node.js, Databricks, and LLM integrations
• Ability to quickly learn new tools with minimal guidance
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to build partnerships across multi-layered organizations

• Familiarity with enterprise data landscapes
• Experience testing AI or GenAI applications
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and AI copilots

• Remote role; must work PST hours
• Potential contract extension (not guaranteed)
