Key Responsibilities
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Hire top talent across the AMS region and foster a collaborative team culture
Develop and deliver internal training programs to equip sales teams with knowledge of Agentic Technology solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience in leading high-performing sales teams in IT or cybersecurity
Proven track record of hiring and retaining top sales talent
Experience in a dynamic team-based matrix selling environment
Understanding of Agentic Technology solutions and competitive offerings
Preferred Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field
