Pay range: $5,638 – $8,525 per month

Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier III technical support for ITSM, ITAM, and IT End Point Management systems.
  • Work with senior staff on planning, design, construction, implementation, and maintenance of these systems.
  • Serve as secondary analyst for the PERS change advisory board (CAB), IT Metrics, and Service Desk applications.
  • Assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of experience in ITSM Systems Administration.
  • OR an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and at least two (2) years of ITSM Systems Administration experience.
  • OR a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Public speaking or presentation experience.
  • Technical writing and process troubleshooting ability.
  • Experience in process design, quality management, and organizational change activities.
  • Ability to provide training and mentorship for change and release management.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to propose and facilitate resolutions for complex incidents and problems.
  • Team collaboration with senior IT staff and management.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 training completion; certification preferred.
  • Prior experience with PERS IT systems is an advantage.
