Pay Range: $65-$75/hr W2
Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to understand integration objectives and ensure alignment with the broader IT and business strategy.
- Engage directly with newly acquired practices to articulate integration vision, build relationships, and guide them through the transition.
- Lead end-to-end IT integration efforts across infrastructure, applications, security, and shared services.
- Manage sub-project dependencies, cross-team integration points, and program constructs.
- Apply strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with execution primarily in Waterfall.
- Determine appropriate levels of schedule granularity to ensure visibility and control.
- Communicate complex schedules, risks, and interdependencies in a clear, consumable manner.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules across multiple methodologies.
- Monitor future work, anticipate challenges, and adjust plans proactively.
- Identify, document, and communicate risks and impediments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather effort estimates, assess capacity, and derive accurate timelines.
- Facilitate standard project ceremonies (backlog prep, planning, retrospectives, reviews, stand-ups).
- Recommend process deviations when appropriate and gain stakeholder alignment.
- Deliver qualitative and quantitative status reporting aligned to project success criteria.
- Address quality issues directly and communicate long-term resolutions to stakeholders.
- Serve as a steady, calming presence—acting as a sounding board and trusted partner for both technical teams and practice leadership.
- 7–10 years of IT experience, including 7+ years managing projects and 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong background in infrastructure delivery (applications, network, storage, servers, endpoints, telephony, video conferencing, M365 migrations) and information security monitoring tools for endpoints, servers, and networks recommended.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise environments;
Fortune 100 experience strongly preferred. - Experience leading IT integration efforts for acquired or multi-site organizations (M&A experience helpful but not required).
- 7+ years of Waterfall project delivery, including full ownership of $5M+ budgets.
- Strong Cap Ex/OpEx management and ability to present financials confidently.
- 3+ years of Agile experience preferred, not required.
- Relevant certifications preferred (PMP, SAFe, etc.).
- Bachelors Degree required.
