Part Time Position for Applications Systems Analyst in Salem Oregon

This request is for part time for one year. Schedule will be negotiated at the time of engagement. Some work will be onsite, some will be offsite. Duration: 12 months +.

• Gather, document and vet requirements with project team, management and stakeholders resources
• Define and document functional specifications
• Create and execute test cases and record results
• Stay aligned with ITS technology trends and standards

• 5+ years  experience gathering, documenting and vetting requirements with project team, management and stakeholders resources
• 5+ years  experience defining and documenting functional specifications
• 5+ years  experience creating and executing test cases and recording results
• Advanced in using Microsoft Office applications;
  Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc
• Expert with ITS technology trends and standards
