Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to align with overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience or equivalent in the field. Familiar with relational database and client-server concepts. Uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks.

The documentation aims to establish rigorous support for SSRS use, involving technical writing and regular interaction with staff.
