Accident Care Chiropractic and Massage is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist at 2936 Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97302. This is a part‑time employment opportunity.

• $40/hour, depending on experience

In this role, LMTs are primarily responsible for providing a positive, hands‑on experience for patients dealing with chronic pain and acute injuries through massage techniques and soft tissue manipulation. The therapist works within a multi‑professional team of chiropractic physicians and assistants to alleviate pain and maintains HIPAA‑compliant chart notes.

• Examining and assessing patient’s condition to determine the best therapeutic modality.
• Perform therapeutic massage modalities to aid recovery from pain or injuries.
• Maintain knowledge of chart notes related to patient injury.
• Consistently update and maintain chart notes for physicians to read.
• Assist and advise patients with stretches, exercises, and core strengthening.
• Provide massage experience ideally in 60‑minute increments.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and disinfection of the massage room before and after visits.
• Maintain proper inventory of the massage room and coordinate with office manager for supplies.
• Stock and fold massage sheets.
• Properly document modalities used and hours worked.

• Completion and license from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Licensed from the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists.
• Thorough knowledge of massage techniques.
• Communication and teamwork within a medical setting.
